The Joystream handbook (https://github.com/Joystream/handbook) is a largely technical document that explains how various features of the platform work. We need to look at creating a Gitbook on the community repo that begins to list out various rules/standards and expectations.
Some things to think about:
Overview / table of contents
Structure of each "department" of the platform
Some "good practices" explanation for submitting spending proposals correctly
We currently use the forum for writing some of the guide documents which isn't ideal, so this Gitbook could replace that and serve as a central place for users to obtain useful information.
